Black Friday Sale Terms and Conditions

The sale

These terms apply to all orders placed on fernleighavenue.com.au during the Fernleigh Avenue Black Friday Sale, for customers in Australia and overseas.

• VIP early access: starts at 9am on Wednesday 11 November 2026
• Public sale: starts at 10am on Wednesday 11 November 2026
• Sale ends: at midnight on Friday 13 November 2026
• Applies to: the whole store

All times are Melbourne time (AEDT). Items bought during the sale are called "sale items" in these terms.

Change-of-mind returns

Sale items returned for a change of mind, including for size or style, are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind on sale items.

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Store credit is issued as a code for the price you paid for the item. The code has no expiry date.
• You can use your code to order a new size or style.
  
• There are no free returns on sale items. You must pay for return shipping.
• You pay the shipping on any new item you order.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our 100% Money Back Guarantee does not apply to change-of-mind returns on sale items, it only applies to the quality of the swimwear.

How to return an item

Email Fernleighavenue@gmail.com before sending anything back, and we will give you the next steps.

For a change-of-mind return, items must be:

• Unworn and in brand new condition
• Returned with the hygiene sticker still attached
• Returned in the original packaging, including the swimwear bag and tags

If an item is returned without its original packaging, a $5 restocking fee per order applies.

Faulty or incorrect items

These terms do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply to sale items in the same way as full-price items.

We accept returns of all faulty items and will replace them. If an item has a major fault, is incorrect or is not as described, you can choose a refund instead of a replacement. We will cover reasonable return postage on these items.
