Thank you for choosing Fernleigh Avenue for your swimwear needs. We understand that purchasing swimwear online can be difficult, which is why we offer a 14 day no questions asked return on your swimwear.
We offer a 100% Guarantee on the quality of our swimwear. If your order arrives and you are unhappy with the quality send it back for a refund, no questions asked.
For sizing issues we will offer you a credit when your swimwear is returned to repurchase the new size. If you have any questions about sizing please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at Fernleighavenue@gmail.com, please email us your child's measurements in centimetres including their waist at the belly button (chart is in half measurements) so measure your child's waist at the belly button then halve that value to match it up to the size chart. Please also measure your child from the base of their neck, (where their collar bones meet in a V shape) to their crutch.
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we only offer exchange on swimwear that hygiene labels are still attached. Swimwear must be returned in brand new condition.
Please note you must email Fernleighavenue@gmail.com if you need to exchange your swimwear, prior to sending it back. Return postage and postage of the new item will be at the cost of the customer.
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear details and images, and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

All products are shipped via Australia Post and Sendle, please refer to their website for current lead times.
Once we have received your order we will aim to have it dispatched within 7-10 days. In some circumstances it may be longer. Please get in contact with us if your order is urgent and we will do out best to accommodate.
If you order a Pre-Order item, which is flagged in the product listing it will include a approximately lead time. This timeframe is an approximate estimate, and while we will do our best to meet this timeframe if your item is delayed by more than two week, we are happy to offer you a full refund.
For orders that include both Pre Order and In Stock Items, all items will be shipped together once the pre order stock arrives, If you would like your in stock items sooner, please place two seperate orders.
