Returns Policy

For all returns please read the below to find out which category you are in, please email our customer support team at Fernleighavenue@gmail.com prior to sending anything back. We will provide you with the next steps.

We offer a 100% Guarantee on the quality of our swimwear. If your order arrives and you are unhappy with the quality send it back for a refund, no questions asked. Please note items must be returned unworn and in sellable condition. Items must be returned within 14days. Please contact us for a return postage label at Fernleighavenue@gmail.com.

Free Returns Explained

We know shopping online can be hard especially for growing girls, Fernleigh Avenue will cover the cost to return your swimsuit to us within Australia. For sizing issues we will offer you a credit when your swimwear is returned to repurchase the new size. 

Please note you must email Fernleighavenue@gmail.com if you need to exchange your swimwear, prior to sending it back. Return postage within Australia is covered by Fernleigh Avenue (we will send you a label)  postage of the new item will be at the cost of the customer.

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we only offer exchange on swimwear that hygiene labels are still attached. Swimwear must be returned in brand new condition.  

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original packaging, including the swimwear bag, tags and hygiene sticker.

If items are returned without their original packaging, a $5 restocking fee per order will apply.

Unless your item is defective, for all sizing or style exchanges customers are responsible for  the  the shipping cost of the new item being sent out.
As Fernleigh Avenue grows we hope to be able to offer free shipping both ways, Thankyou for supporting my Australian Small Business, please note that no profit is ever made on shipping costs.  All shipping costs are non refundable.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear details and images, and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

Shipping 

All products are shipped via Australia Post please refer to their website for current lead times.

Once we have received your order we will aim to have it dispatched within 7-10 days. In some circumstances it may be longer. Please get in contact with us if your order is urgent and we will do out best to accommodate.

If you order a Pre-Order item, which is flagged in the product listing it will include a approximately lead time. This timeframe is an approximate estimate, and while we will do our best to meet this timeframe if your item is delayed by more than two week, we are happy to offer you a full refund.

For orders that include both Pre Order and In Stock Items, all items will be shipped together once the pre order stock arrives, If you would like your in stock items sooner, please place two seperate orders.
