Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Fernleigh Avenue for your swimwear needs. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we only offer exchange on swimwear that hygiene labels are still attached. Swimwear must be returned in brand new condition.  

Please note you must email Fernleighavenue@gmail.com if you need to exchange your swimwear, prior to sending it back. Return postage of the new item will be at the cost of the customer.

Before making a purchase, we encourage you to carefully review our sizing charts, product descriptions, and images to ensure you select the right size and style. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our products, feel free to reach out to our customer support team at Fernleighavenue@gmail.com.

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear details and images, and we will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

All products are shipped via Australia Post, please refer to their website for current lead times.

Once we have received your order we will aim to have it dispatched within 7-10 days. In some circumstances or for Personalised items it may be longer. Please get in contact with us if your order is urgent and we will do out best to accommodate.
